Following the noted processing time, standard shipping generally takes 2-7 business days via Aus Post, while express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days via the same.

BEA Customs are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit to or from our facility. Should your parcel go missing, we will collaborate with the courier to track and locate it. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we cannot refund or replace items returned due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at standard shipping rates.
